submitted by Edwin G. - |Recommended: NoGlad to be gone — In the beginning it was awesome It was a diverse community with friendly residents and staff. When management changed is when it lost its greatness. Management was rude to residents and the feeling of community was lost. In the end I was excited to leave.

submitted by Cecil W. - |Recommended: YesQuiet, modern living. — The living is modern and very comfortable. The staff is professional and leave the impression that they are they to assist the renters. I haven't had any maintenance problems but the maintenance personnel are visible and appear to be busy. The walkways and breezeways are clean and well kept. It is pet friendly and our dog enjoys the dog park. Life is good.

submitted by Carolyn M. - |Recommended: YesIn the last few months the outside maintenance of the property has declined. I would like to see the bushes trimmed. — I have enjoyed living here. The inside maintenance requests have always been answered promptly and all of the staff is very nice.

submitted by Chris - |Recommended: Yes- Parking here is a nightmare unless you pay for covered parking. - They have a tow service but It clearly never runs. - There are roughly 6 Visitor parking spots for the entire property and they are always full. - Trash at the one dumpster on the property is always overflowed and lined out to the street. - Spiders Everywhere even though we're charged Pest control monthly. - Pool and all amenities have been closed since February due to Covid even though every other complex in the DFW has reopened theirs. - WEED SMELL
response from property -Hi Chris, I am sorry you had all these issues. We wish they had been a dressed sooner so we could have acted on them at the time. The tow company does run every night, you may not see them much as they can only take 1 vehicle at a time and they usually run fairly late. We have many parking spaces inside the gate, in addition to the entire parking area in front of the leasing office. We understand that the trash can sometimes become overflown - our maintenance crew makes it on property at 7:30AM every morning (except on Sundays) to get it cleared up. We do care for our residents, especially during the pandemic. We understand that our residents want to utilize all of the amenities our community has to offer, our fitness center has been reopened with a maximum capacity of 5 persons, but the pool remains closed until further notice. Pest control has always been available upon request and it does not show that you ever requested treatment for spiders, only ants (which was taken care of). As far as the smell goes, we have 2 courtesy officers on property that are always happy to assist if there are people on site that are not abiding by our community policies and rules. Again, the office was never made aware that this any of these issues were of your concern. We hope to do our best to keep everyone as happy as possible. - Management

submitted by Latonyia C. - |Recommended: YesExcellent Community — I recently moved in, and Absolutely love the community here at the Enclave.the parking is good I’m able to park in the same parking spot in front of my building everyday. The amenities are awesome. The maintenance take pride in this community by making sure trash is not everywhere they have trash pick up from your doors all you have to do is make sure is to have it in front of your door on the right day and time. The Leasing OFFICE staff is so friendly and welcoming, the neighbors are friendly. I use to live in a community we’re I paid 100 less than I’m paying now and I didn’t get nearly as much as I have now . The appliances or stainless steel. Real Granite Counter Tops. I’m in the three bedroom Phase ll. My balcony is overlooking the pond. I have one of the best views. We have a walking trail around the POND. I absolutely love it here There isn’t any noise I can’t here my neighbors it’s real quiet . This is what you get when you live in a community we’re grown people work are value we’re they live.

submitted by Karen R. - |Recommended: YesBest Location, Safe, Modern Executive Apartments. Outstanding Management and Maintenance. — Impressive community with great neighbors Felt like home. Loved the location. Access to Mansfield, Grand Prairie and Cedar Hill within minutes. Apartments and grounds are beautiful, pet friendly and well maintained. Very personal and professional management team. Maintenance and repairs were always completed within 24 hours and often sooner. I lived alone and always felt safe.

submitted by Haley G. - |Recommended: NoNot good, greedy — The fact you will tow a residents car and won't give them a parking sticker, because they pay 105 for a garage is absolutely sorry, especially during the covid-19 pandemic. it's all for money and should be illegal. A water bill for an apartment shouldn't be 100 as well.
response from property -Hi Haley, We do understand that it is an inconvenience that your car was towed at this time. We stress to our residents how important it is to follow the community policies and park in their designated parking spot via email and upon move in. When you have a garage, the only two spaces you can park in are the inside and tandem spots - these rules apply to everyone. When a resident is not utilizing the designated parking space that they have been assigned, they are taking away their neighbors parking spots. Please refer to the community policies. Also, we do not personally call the tow company to pick up select vehicles as it is their job to do their rounds to see who is in violation. Please give us a call at the office to discuss your water bill. We understand your frustration, but it is a common courtesy to park in your designated parking spaces out of respect for others. But I should not have worried, I never hear anything from another apartment, these places are so so so quiet.

submitted by Antonio S. - |Recommended: YesHidden gem — This is a great place to stay overall. Parking is a little tough on the weekends and I can sometimes hear my neighbors through the walls for some reason when the garage is up. Other than that, nothing but positive vibes about this spot.
